Deputy Prime Minister Mutko – Government of the Russian Federation – signs executive order to implement innovative construction technology centres
8th August 2019, following the meeting on the strategic development of construction sector of the Russia between the Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI) and various representatives of the Russian Government, including:
- Ministry of Construction Industry (rep. by Vladimir Yakushev)
- The Ministry of Industry and Trade (rep. by Denis Manturov)
- Ministry of Economic Development (rep. by Maxim Oreshkin)
- Ministry of Finance (rep. by Leonid Gornin)
the Government approved the implementation of construction technology centres that have been concepted by Dr. Ruslan Marzaganov and sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The executive body urges various state structures across the whole Russian Federation to facilitate the introduction of the proposed technology as part of strategic efforts to boost the socio-economic development of the country. The concept has been praised for its flexible nature and is already being prepared as a foundation for the reconstruction efforts in the Irkutsk Region. Various deadlines on the initiation and studying of the project have been set to 30th September 2019.
The Government Officials, CCI of Russia and concept creators welcome foreign and national partners to team up in the efforts to refine and implement pilot projects.
