23th October 2019, Dr. Marzaganov has given a speech at the council meeting of the Federation Council on housing construction issues.
Whilst metropolitan regions such as Moscow and St. Petersburg are world leaders in the implementation and showcasing of robotic construction technologies, many remote regions lack basic mechanisms to profit from these solutions. Marzaganov highlights the importance to create state-sponsored frameworks to forward existing funding and reduce red tape. He underlines the importance of this in the current context of rebuilding efforts in the Irkutsk region, where local administrations and leaders, including 8 Mayors, have already endorsed his solutions.
